Fire Ed and Prevention
Apart from fighting fires the crew at Kurri Kurri are committed to Fire
Education and Fire Prevention programs. We have attended school classes,
displays, fun days, fetes and senior citizen classes as wells hold station open
days. We have also joined forces with The New South Wales Police Service,
The New South Wales Rural Fire Service and the Cessnock City Council in an
attempt to stop the rising arson levels around the community. Prevention is better than cure please check the next couple of pages
to give you an idea of has been achieved.
